Every guest should walk in and feel like they are the first person to stay at the premises. Focused cleans works fast and hard to achieve this. We will strictly follow your look book and style your home accordingly. You can rely on us to report any damage or anything that is lost or stolen and we will re stock toiletries, make beds, take the linen to the laundry and return it free of charge and also take the bins out.

Our holiday home cleans and changeovers will include our regular clean plus a regular rotation of other areas including -

• All over dusting of surfaces, includes external furniture surfaces, shelves, ornaments, bookcases, blinds, window sills, tracks, door frames, skirting boards, doors and stairways
• Polishing mirrors and picture frames
• Cleaning light switches
• Vacuuming fabric or wiping down leather lounges
• Cleaning of tables and chair legs
• Cleaning of kitchen internal and external cupboards, bench tops, splashback, rangehoods, sinks and appliances
• Cleaning and disinfecting of bathrooms and toilets including, toilet bowls, showers, baths, spas, basin and tile walls
• Cleaning exhaust fans, ceiling fans, light fittings and above air conditioner units
• Cleaning hard to reach high areas such as wooden beams, above wardrobes and cupboards
• Cleaning hard to reach areas such as behind washing machines and dryers
• Vacuuming and mopping of floors
• Cleaning entrances and foyers, garages, and outdoor furniture if required
• Cleaning windows and screens as needed or complete regular cleans (refer to our window cleaning services).
