END OF LEASE CLEANS

Moving is stressful at the best of times, so book Focused Cleans in advance and you won’t have to worry about getting your deposit back!

The service can be either uncapped hours so we will stay for as long as it takes to get it all done, or you can tell us what you need us to do and cap the hours according to your budget.

Your landlord, property manager or real estate will be 100% happy or we will return to the property immediately – free of charge! That’s how confident we are in knowing what your real estate requires in an exit clean.  

An exit clean will include –

• Cleaning of shelves, cupboards inside and out, wardrobes inside and out, interior and exterior door and door frames, stairways and skirting boards
• Polishing of mirrors and interior glass
• Cleaning power points and light switches
• Cleaning hard to reach high areas such as wooden beams, above wardrobes and cupboards
• Cleaning of kitchen internal and external cupboards, bench tops, splashback, rangehoods, sinks and appliances
• Ovens cleaning (refer to our oven cleaning service)
• Cleaning, disinfecting, de liming and de scaling bathrooms and toilets including, toilet bowls, showers, baths, spas, basin and tile walls
• Cleaning exhaust fans, ceiling fans, light fittings and above air conditioner units
• Vacuuming and mopping of floors
• Cleaning entrances and foyers, garages, and outdoor areas
• Wall cleaning
• Cleaning windows and screens (refer to our window cleaning services).
