Graham and I, Monica, were contracting for another organisation, and people kept telling us that they had been struggling to find good cleaners! We kept hearing about previous cleaners not being reliable, a lack of communication and inconsistencies in the quality of work between team members. Our clients constantly commented on how focused we were! So focused that we decided start up a professional cleaning business that excelled in communication, customer service and relationship building. We seek to understand our customers individual needs and provide a cleaning service that covers their needs in the time frame that fits their budget. We provide professional training for our staff, invest in professional cleaning chemicals and equipment, and are registered for GST providing invoices for our clients and public liability cover.

We value that our customers put their homes in our care and they know they can count us to look after the security of their property, their valuables, their pets (ask the poodle that waits for us every Tuesday so he can help us unpack the car, or the dog that we give a biscuit to when we finish so he doesn't follow us out of the driveway).
